Terms and Conditions of Membership
Thank you for using TYC (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”). These Terms and Conditions explain the relationship between TYC, which provides services in relation to the use of various services, and TYC members (hereinafter referred to as “Members”) or non-members who use the Service, and also contain useful information that may be helpful in your use of the Service. When you use the Service or sign up as a Service Member, you will be checking or agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and related operating policies, so please take a moment to carefully review them. TYC provides services such as membership registration, product purchase, and withdrawal requests through the TYC domain website and application programs (applications, apps). You can freely use the Service through various terminals that can access the Internet, such as PCs and mobile phones, and you can easily check the specific details of each service on the notice board, TYC Web Customer Center (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer Center”) bulletin board, etc. TYC basically provides the same service to all of you. However, in accordance with the relevant laws such as the “Youth Protection Act,” “Article 9 of the Civil Act,” and “Article 12 of the Civil Act,” minors, limited guardians, or adult guardians, and those who do not have the mental or other ability to logically handle their own work, and those whose membership has been terminated due to violation of the TYC Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct, cannot use the services provided by TYC. For more information, please refer to the notices, customer center bulletin board help, etc. These terms and conditions apply to TYC services by default. In the process of TYC providing various services, there may be cases where separate terms and conditions, operating policies, etc. other than these terms and conditions are applied. In the case of specific services provided by TYC affiliates, the unique terms and conditions, operating policies, etc. set by the relevant operating company may also apply. Please check the respective services for this information. If you sign up as a member, you can use TYC services more conveniently. After reading and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you can apply for membership. TYC will complete the membership registration process and grant you a TYC service usage account (hereinafter referred to as “Account”) upon approval. An Account refers to a member identification unit set up to manage the history of various services used by each member after logging in to TYC services. Members can use a wider range of TYC services more conveniently through their accounts. For more detailed information, please refer to TYC membership registration methods, etc. Personal Information Protection TYC carefully protects your personal information. For the smooth provision of services, TYC collects and uses personal information only within the purpose and scope agreed upon by the member, and safely manages it in accordance with laws related to personal information protection. You can check the efforts TYC makes to safely process personal information related to members and other detailed information in the Personal Information Processing Policy. TYC may destroy or store your information separately after notifying you in advance via e-mail or other appropriate electronic means if you do not log in or do not have business performance for a certain period of time to use the service, and if this results in a lack of essential information for service provision, we may inevitably terminate the relevant service use agreement. There are several precautions regarding the use of TYC services. TYC is doing its best to ensure that you can use the service freely and conveniently. However, in order for you to use the service more safely and to ensure that your rights are respected and protected in TYC services, your help and cooperation are needed. In order to ensure your safe use of the service and protection of your rights, your site login or service use may be restricted in the following cases, so we ask you to confirm and comply with this. When registering as a member, you must not provide false information such as your name or mobile phone number. Please always manage the information registered in your member account so that it is accurate and up-to-date. You must not sell, transfer, rent, or provide your account as collateral to others, or allow others to use it. In addition, you must not use another person's account without permission. You must not attempt to sign up or sign up as a TYC service member using automated means (e.g., macro programs, robots (bots), spiders, scrapers, etc.) without TYC's prior permission, or attempt to log in to TYC, post on TYC, or collect information about TYC services (e.g., email, phone number, etc.) in a way that does not conform to the purpose of providing TYC services, or attempt to disable any technical measures for TYC services (e.g., continuously changing IPs to connect, or bypassing or disabling Captchas using external solutions, etc.). Within the scope of these Terms and Conditions, TYC provides support for stable and smooth service use by establishing computer operation policies, terms and conditions or operation policies for each individual service, guidance, notices, customer center help, etc. for each service. If service use is inevitably restricted, reasonable procedures will be followed. If you violate relevant laws, these Terms and Conditions, or computer operation policies while using the services provided by TYC, we may inevitably restrict your use of the service. However, this does not mean that TYC has an obligation to review all of your activities on the site. In addition, if you do not comply with relevant laws, these Terms and Conditions, or computer operation policies, TYC may verify the content of your related actions, and based on the results of such verification, we may request caution regarding service use, or restrict your use of TYC services, such as temporarily or permanently suspending part or all of your use of TYC services. Meanwhile, if it is no longer possible to expect the full maintenance of the TYC service use agreement despite such usage restrictions, we may inevitably terminate the service use agreement with you. In cases where we must inevitably restrict your use of the service, we will comply with the above-mentioned step-by-step service use restriction principle, except in cases where there is a clear violation of laws or infringement of the rights of others, requiring urgent risk or damage prevention. If the service is permanently suspended immediately due to obvious violations of laws, etc., all points and other benefits acquired through the use of the service will be forfeited and no separate compensation will be provided, so please be aware of this. TYC is responsible for any negligence in TYC's business. If you suffer damages due to TYC's intentional or negligent actions while using the service, TYC will compensate you for your damages in accordance with relevant laws. However, TYC is not responsible for damages that occur due to TYC's inability to provide the service due to a natural disaster or other force majeure or due to the user's intentional or negligent actions. In addition, even if TYC is responsible for damages, it is not responsible for special damages or indirect damages or other punitive damages that are normally unforeseeable or due to special circumstances, unless there are special provisions in relevant laws. Meanwhile, TYC is not responsible for any damages that may arise from exchanges of opinions, transactions, etc. between you and other members or between you and non-members through the TYC service, or from trusting content such as posts, materials, or information of others that may be misunderstood as TYC or information of TYC, other than materials or notices officially distributed by TYC. Members may request termination of the TYC service contract. It is unfortunate for TYC, but members may withdraw from membership by requesting termination of the TYC service contract in special circumstances, and in this case, TYC will process it without delay in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. However, returns due to simple change of mind are not allowed, and if there are personal or economic reasons, you must submit a statement of reasons to request termination of the service contract. If the request is accepted and you withdraw, we will process a refund without delay as follows after deducting the fee set by TYC. If it is within 30 days after the sale, 20% of the sales amount will be deducted and the remainder will be refunded. If it is within 31 to 60 days after the sale, 30% of the sales amount will be deducted and the remainder will be refunded. If the TYC service contract is terminated, all data in the member account will be deleted and cannot be recovered, except in cases where TYC may retain the member's information in accordance with relevant laws and personal information processing policies. Please comply with the member's responsibilities and obligations. Members must fully comply with TYC's various regulations and policies, including these Terms and Conditions, and if TYC revises the regulations and policies as necessary, members must immediately comply with the revised contents from the effective date notified to members through TYC, etc. If a member violates any of the regulations and policies stated in these Terms and Conditions, TYC may reject the member's re-subscription. Such measures are taken to protect members who fully comply with TYC's various regulations and policies. TYC's rejection of re-subscription shall be subject to the procedure for termination of the service agreement. 1.
